These Draw Rules outline how we conduct all competitions hosted on this website. By entering any of our competitions, you agree to be bound by these rules. Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Promoter

The Promoter is the individual or entity legally responsible for operating the competition. Full Promoter details can be found on our Terms & Conditions page.

2. Eligibility

Competitions are open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older, unless otherwise stated. Employees, family members, or anyone directly associated with the operation of the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry

To enter a competition, you must correctly answer a skill-based question and purchase the appropriate number of entries. Each competition will clearly specify the entry price and number of entries allowed per person. Free entry routes are also available—please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.

4. Closing Date

Each competition will have a specified closing date and time. If all tickets are sold before the closing date, the draw may take place early. If the minimum number of tickets is not sold by the closing date, we reserve the right to either extend the competition or refund all entries.

5. Draw Process

All draws are conducted live and transparently, using either Google’s Random Number Generator or a similarly trusted randomization tool. Each draw is recorded and/or streamed on our official social media platforms.

Each entry is assigned a unique ticket number. These numbers are entered into the draw system, and a winner is selected at random. The winning number is final and not subject to appeal.

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at entry—usually by phone and/or email. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner at random.

7. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be delivered free of charge to a valid UK address within 14 days of confirming the winner. Where applicable, cash prizes will be transferred via bank transfer to a UK bank account.

8. Publicity

By entering, you agree to your name, location (e.g., city or county), and image being used for promotional purposes if you win. You may be asked to participate in promotional photos or videos, though participation in additional publicity is optional.

9. Amendments and Cancellation

We reserve the right to amend these Draw Rules at any time. In the unlikely event of any error or unforeseen circumstance, we may cancel or suspend a competition.

10. General

All competitions are run in accordance with UK laws and are classed as skill-based prize competitions, meaning they are not lotteries or games of chance. By participating, you agree to be bound by these rules and our Terms & Conditions.
